Orb that brought it all back today!
Just surfing through net; I came across this snap. Look at this guy. Do you notice that small bottle at his feet? :) This is not me; but then he is still so much me. Stranded and left behind; he is the one who refuses to keep up with the pace of life and people because he lives in his own rhythm.
Sometime you look down into that orb; with smoky memories swirling in it. Somewhere in that whirlpool of nostalgia you see people, moments and things that your mind had become oblivious to with the daily run and never ending grind of nothingness.
When I started writing this blog; I was living in totally different context. But as the omens will have it; came along a song that took me to totally different level.
Anyway, if I close my eyes now; I am sitting on a window seat in a bus listening to this song again and again. There is so much that this memory captures for me. I found people who mean so much to me today. They are like indispensable part of my life.
And yet, there is a person who was the focal of this blog. And lost on the other side of planet maybe there goes that person through the day and life ignorant to the fact that someone who got left behind [or probably was too slow to keep up with their pace] is still trying to forgive them day after day.
Not much to say honestly. It’s been a liquor sodden week. Depressing and yet fast paced. Stuck in memories I lie here; while the man in picture strums the strings turning the bottles empty and heart devoid of life.
Long live people who mean so much; said or unsaid. If not today; there was a day when I use to get up with a smile because you put it there. I forgive you for taking it back; cause I know it was never mine to claim.
Love you and definitely miss you.
So long!
